 I enabled notifications on chat windows, because it would be useful for
 XMPP conference rooms - but my over-active IRC rooms are triggering
 flashes that I'm not interested in seeing.

 I would like a way to tell the message notification plugin to "ignore"
 rooms.

 May be similar to http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/12598, but that ticket
 doesn't seem to be part of Message Notifications Plugin, so I am not 100%
 sure if it is related.
