 As the summary states, the AIM plugin will not send messages to mobile
 users, they simply appear offline. Upon trying to send a message, it
 simply spits back "(05:27:00 PM) Unable to send message: Not logged in"

 I checked the debug log, and when I sent the message, it threw this
 message at me: "(17:27:00) oscar: Message error with bn *username* and
 reason 4 and errcode 0"

 Running 2.7.11 on Arch Linux x86_64, still gives the error upon disabling
 all third-party plugins.
