 Don't think this has been suggested before. What I'm suggesting is instead
 of Pidgin showing Last Seen time only by when the buddy last went offline,
 it could have options to show Last Seen time by when the buddy last went
 offline AND/OR idle, AND/OR busy, etc. I think this would be a really
 useful feature, maybe in a plugin or something; I have buddies who are
 never offline, only busy/idle.
