#14776: Libpurple sets available status when closing gg connection.

 Function ggp_close() sets status available just before logging off and
 closing connection. This is harmful when there is more than one resource
 connected at the time, because it will change status for them as well (all
 resources have synced status).

 Simply closing connection would cause status remain unchanged.
