 Cyrus SASL is a PITA to compile on windows - the last time I did it, I had
 to use a hacked up Visual Studio 6.

 We may be able to use WDK to compile it something like what
 [http://code.google.com/p/xchat-wdk/wiki/InfoEnchant xchat-wdk] does for
 various things.
