 I don't understand why I should be the one to to get you a crash dump when
 it's something that Pidgin's developers should be able to do quite easily.
 The instructions for Windows aren't exactly simple and, quite frankly, I
 don't have the time to do it. I assumed that providing exact steps to
 reproduce the problem every time would have been enough. It is for me with
 the software that I develop and it is for pretty much every other project
 on the planet. Pidgin seems to be a special case.

 I apologize if I come across as unfriendly or uncooperative but you must
 understand that as a user of your software, I expect that when I upgrade
 to the latest version, I don't expect to also be upgrading to debilitating
 crash bugs that didn't exist in the previous version. I also don't expect
 to be told to generate a crash dump, something that most users would have
 no idea how to do. It's quite frustrating.
