 Since the update 2.10.2 ICQ / IAM logins are not possible, I always get
 this message:

 "You have been connecting and disconnecting too frequently. Wait ten
 minutes and try again. If you continue to try, you will need to wait even
 longer."

 It doesn't matter if you select "use client login" or "allow multiple
 logins".

 Updating to 2.10.3 didn't solve the issue, downgrading to 2.10.1 does
 work.
