 I have the same problem. I was using pidgin 2.7 and having the same
 problem in windows 7 just starting today. i always have my yahoo mail
 open, on at least 2 computers. for some reason, i keep getting
 automatically signed out of yahoo messenger in pidgin. i upgraded pidgin
 to 2.10 and it keeps happening.
