 OK; two points:

  1. The HTML logs that Pidgin produces are not actually completely valid
 HTML in a number of ways; you are likely to find places that they do not
 display properly in browsers.
  1. I believe this particular problem is also neatly solved by using RGB
 values instead of named colors; those named colors should work on real
 computers (that have rgb.txt), but likely do not reliably work in Windows.
 I will make this change at some point.  In the meantime, you may find it
 useful to postprocess your logs to convert, e.g., 'light blue' to
 '#ADD8E6' or 'lightblue'.
