Comment:

 I don't think any of these belong in Pidgin itself (the one potential
 exception is the first one, that's been discussed to death in #1458). The
 intended functionality of the system tray on Windows based on the MS
 guidelines for Windows 7+ is such that we arguably shouldn't even be using
 it the way we already do.
 Ideally some of the Win7 functionality should be implemented in the
 taskbar, but that's a different issue.

 A plugin could probably do some or all of these.
