 This is not really a bug. You should send this question to the devel@ or
 support@ mailing list.

 That said, the Facebook and Google Talk options are not terribly special.
 All they do is pre-set some fields. Since they both use standard XMPP,
 anyone with the correct settings will be able to use them anyway.
