 jasondbrewer: If the chat room configuration is set up such that the room
 informs occupants of the real JIDs of the other participants (instead of
 just showing them the room JID) then pidgin should use that for IM windows
 opened from the room. You should probably just look into enabling that
 configuration option in your chat rooms (I had to coach coworkers here to
 do a similar thing when they ran into that annoyance a while back).
