 MSN contacts in Pidgin appear to be offline, even when they are online.
 The contact may appear to be online when he/she is first added, but
 eventually, the contact will never appear online, even when they are
 logged into MSN.

 This bug exists in Pidgin 2.10.3, but has existed at least as far back as
 2.10.1.  The OS used is Windows 7 Home Premium SP1.
