 When Pidgin is used for an MSN IM conversation, some of the messages that
 are sent are not received by the other party.  This occurs for both
 sending messages from the Pidgin client and for receiving messages through
 the Pidgin client.  The failure rate on a per message basis is
 approximately 15-40%.  Failures appear to occur in "batches", and they
 have no apparent cause or correlation to user behavior.

 This bug exists in 2.10.3, but existed at least as far back as 2.10.1.
 The OS used is Windows 7 Home Premium SP1.

 This bug might be related in cause to the bug I reported at
 http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/15037 .  I listed these as two separate
 bugs in case they were in fact caused by separate bugs.
