 I created a patched (with the same patches that are in the adium ticket)
 [https://pidgin.im/~datallah/libmeanwhile-1.dll libmeanwhile-1.dll].  If
 someone can test it, we can include in in the next release.  I don't have
 access to a sametime server to test it.
