 I recommend that pidgin remove support for MyspaceIM.

 Myspace has been down for two weeks, and attempting to telnet to
 im.myspace.akadns.net results in the connection being closed immediately,
 or sometimes hanging and timing out after a minute.

 $ telnet im.myspace.akadns.net 1863
 Trying 216.178.44.70...
 Connected to im.myspace.akadns.net.

 Connection closed by foreign host.

 I have attempted to email all support emails at myspace, and they either
 bounce or get no response.

 There are recent news articles indicating that myspace is completely
 changing direction, and their website no longer has a way to access their
 IM.
