 It would be nice if the message area (the bottom part) would be resizable
 using a splitter control. I would also like to include removing/hiding the
 button Font/Insert/Smile/Attention, because I personally don't see any use
 for any of them.

 So, a splitter for resizing, and an option to remove the buttons, please.
