 hello,
  maybe my issue have asked from another user previously, but i try search
 wiht keyword "wvidal" or "libindicate" there's zero result.

 pidgin cant connect with wvdial connection, different if i use wifi
 network it work fine.

 i try force connect with : pidign -f and i get a error mssg in my
 terminal,

 i try debug : pidgin -d and this the result of debug

 whats the main problem i cant connet with pidgin in wvdial connection : im
 using Ubuntu 12.04
