 Hi.

 Pidgin uses NetworkManager to determine the network status; for example it
 won't go online until NM tells it that a connection is available.

 Now NM is sometimes just stopped for whatever reasons.
 In that case pidgin should behave automatically as if it was invoked with
 "--force-online.

 This would match the behaviour of most GNOME programs, e.g. Evolution
 which automatically stops using NM for network-awareness checks, when NM
 gets stopped (without the need to restart Evolution).
