 Perl support appears to be again disabled in 2.10.7.

 I've downloaded the
 [http://sourceforge.net/projects/pidgin/files/Pidgin/2.10.7/pidgin-2.10.7-win32-bin.zip/download
 Pidgin 2.10.7 binary for Windows] (to install in Portable mode). Pidgin
 runs great. I have the latest Strawberry Perl 5.16.3 installed.

 However, Help -> Build Information shows that Perl is disabled.

 -multi-thread
 }}}

 Can that Build Information be made more explicit, regarding Perl support?
 I.e.,
 * is Perl support compiled into the executable (if that's an option at
 all)?
 * was the Perl interpreter found?
 * if not, what was the search path, and what environment variable was it
 picked from?
 * if perl.exe was found, then display the version
