 If there have been font changes in the conversation, sometimes the
 messages you are sending to the recipient will all start to lose a few
 characters from the beginning of the message. Sometimes you see a partial
 <font> tag in its place. When this happens it will continue to happen
 until you reset formatting. There is no indication on your side that
 anything is wrong... you have to wait for the recipient to complain about
 partial messages sometimes prefaced by partial tags. It does not matter
 whether the recipient is using Pidgin, MSN, or Skype as their client. It
 looks the same to any recipient.

 I'm not sure precisely how to trigger the fault but if you do enough font
 changes in a conversation it is bound to happen. As far as I know this is
 MSN specific but I have not thoroughly tested on other protocols.
