 As of 2013-12-06 the same issue is occurring in Parabola GNU+Linux-Libre,
 so probably it is so in Arch GNU+Linux.  The relevant packages are: pidgin
 (2.10.7-4), libpurple (2.10.7-4) and nss (3.15.3-1).

 Isn't it possible to provide an option to disable the SSL cache?
