 On install of the latest Windows compile of Pidgin v2.10.7, our virus
 scanner, "G Data", flags the file "exchndl.dll" as a virus.

 Trojan.Heur.GM.000c040880 (Engine A)

 Install completes without error, but application will not launch without
 this file.
