Comment:

 This is almost certainly a false positive.  This happens to us
 occasionally.
 I ran it through
 [https://www.virustotal.com/file/c28de3affbddff44ec321da6b3dd3689312f09b81532503be591ac5c2b5d7af2/analysis/
 virustotal] and a few engines do flag it as containing
 Trojan.Heur.GM.000C040880.

 Googling "Trojan.Heur.GM.000C040880" reveals that a number things that are
 compiled with the mingw compiler seem to be falsely identified. I imagine
 that the antivirus vendors will correct their heuristics in the next few
 weeks to eliminate the false postive.

 The application should actually launch fine without that file, it's the
 crash report creation library and it's an optional dependency.
