 This is the one feature that keeps me from switching from ICQ to Pidgin.
 The ability to select an entire group or selected contacts to send a
 single message without having to set up a chat.  Ideally you would be able
 to select multiple contacts in the buddy list or conversation window (by
 selecting multiple tabs using the ctrl+left click).
