 This is a large usability concern for the team I work on. Users have 200+
 custom smilies. Unless ordering the smilies would be a drastic hit in
 performance the time saved looking for a specific smiley would be a
 signifcant increase in usability for us. Perhaps, it could be added as an
 optional non default feature within the preferences menu? You could even
 put in the tooltip/option description that it will slow performance for
 the user. It certainly would be a "quality of life" upgrade for us.
