 Hi,
 I'm trying to compile version 2.10.6 on Cygwin.
 I followed the instructions in
 https://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/BuildingWinPidgin, but when I try to
 build it, I get the following error output:
 > xmlnode.c:35:27: error: libxml/parser.h: No such file or directory

 I've attached more output.
