#15484: Missing entries in the preferences are not filled with the default values

 If a new profile is created Pidgin will contain as a manual command for
 the browsers "sensible-browser". But if in prefs.xml the complete browsers
 section is deleted Pidgin shows in the GUI an empty manual command. I
 think on missing preferences Pidgin should use the default values.
