 It may be reasonable to make these changes, but the logic about it being
 OK because it's already in the source tree isn't necessarily correct.
 The only place these are used are in the built-in copy of libgadu (which
 isn't necessarily used if the OS has an appropriate version (which
 theoretically could have been patched to work with older gnutls).
 It's going to be necessary to find out if these symbols are in gnutls
 versions that are available on the distro versions that we indend to
 support.
