 Related to #15543 (CACert chain not recognized although installed) is
 another odd behaviour I see as a bug: I can view and accept self-signed
 certificates fine, but if Pidgin encounters certs signed by unknown CAs,
 it says "Unable to validate certificate", without any mechanism to view or
 accept the certificate.
