 I've added a Pidgin patch which adds a DTMF dial pad to the media window.
 Using this pad we can finally control answering machines and audio bridges
 using the pidgin-sipe plugin. As I'm using the gstreamer dtmf element it
 should work with other plugins too. I really hope that someone can include
 it in the next version of pidgin.
