 The windows currently used by Pidgin to open/chose files doesn´t have some
 expected "folders" that users expect to find in such dialogs (examples:
 "My images", "My documents" and others).

 This makes it VERY HARD for Windows users to find files to send in
 conversations, or to find files to use as exibition icon.

 Even though it is possible for the users to add these folders to the
 dialog, instructions for doing so may involve very "strange" steps for
 layman users. It may need checking the registry, checking power-user
 configurations, and many more; it varies on each Windows versions. So the
 user will hardly do this addition.
