 According to

  http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0077.html#precedence

 a client should, when receiving both iq:register instructions and x:oob
 URL, present the instructions and provide the URL as redirect. I know this
 is a bit unclear, because xep-0077 also states that

 "The recommended approach is to include only the <instructions/> element
 rather than the required fields or a data form in the IQ result."

 I believe it is generally a good approach to ignore the instructions data
 in that case but it would be quite useful to not only silently open the
 URL but also to notify with a popup that registration is redirected to a
 URL. The attached trivial patch does that.
