 I'm using an account on AIM, pretty much the default set-up and it seems
 that every time I want to add a new icon under

 Accounts > AIM > Edit Account > Use this buddy icon..

 It doesn't save the image as every time I logout and back in it goes
 blank. Further, when I try setting an icon within AIM itself, when I log
 out and in it does not save either(to overcome the issue below).

 Also when I select the image the quality it displays seems to be very low
 and grainy. I've tried a range of dimensions and file types and they all
 seem to be producing similar results.
