 Version - Pidgin 2.10.7 (libpurple 2.10.7)

 I am no longer receiving flashing icons in the system tray. I do not
 usually keep the conversation tab open so I rely on the icon in the system
 tray to notify me when there is a new message and it no longer blinks. It
 stays a constant orange color but I miss it because there's no flashing
 notice. This worked in previous releases.
