Comment:

 Do you have a `exchndl.dll` in the same directory as `pidgin.exe` and
 `pidgin.dll`? If
 not, you're not going to get a crash report.

 I don't know enough about what the !PortableApps package does to guess -
 you'll need to ask the maintainers how to get a crash report.
