#16485: Pidgin Crashes Randomly When Dragging Windows

Comment:

 I've confirmed that both exchndl.dll and pidgin.dll are in the same
 directory as pidgin.exe.

 Do I need to call it with anything other than the command in the
 instructions (cd "C:\Program Files\Pidgin" pidgin.exe -d 2>&1 >
 "%USERPROFILE%\debug.log")? (My path is to the portableapps version of
 course)?  I assume that because it shows debug data that the -d switch was
 recognized?  Do I need any other switches?

 I'd really like to submit this.
