 The `pidgin.RPT` file won't be generated unless it crashes.

 You can, however get a debug log using the instructions in the
 [wiki:TipsForBugReports#Windows Windows section] of the wiki page that
 QuLogic posted.

 We've seen issues with lots of threads created when a software firewall
 interferes with the thread creation/destruction process - it's likely
 that's what the your problem is.
