#15924: Pidgin window should be open/maximized on startup regardless whether it was
minimized when OS was shut down

                         | minimized, open

When I start Pidgin that usually means I want to send a message. But the
window is minimized and hidden in second level of tray bar, because
yesterday it was minimized when I shut down Windows.

That's wrong. It means each time I'm shutting down OS I have to make sure
that Pidgin window is open, while its usually the opposite. Why can't I
just choose "Open the main window when Pidgin starts"?

I like Pidgin, but this "window memory" is actually very irritating. For
those who don't like it, a simple check box would suffice.
