 I've been using Facebook chat over XMPP for a while now. New friends are
 added to the buddy list but people who are unfriended are never removed.
 If I select the old contact and request more info I get the crossed
 through icon but no other indications as to why they are still listed.

 I can provide debug logs or more information if this is actually a new
 defect.
