 Manually removing all of the facebook contacts from the blist.xml and re-
 starting pulls in the current valid list of friends into the "Facebook
 Friends" category in the buddy list. Shouldn't this be done automatically?
 Seems that once someone is added to the blist.xml that nothing compares it
 to the current list from the server.
