 It would be extremely handy to have a mute sounds toggle in the mail
 notification tray. Right now I have to open the tray > open the buddy list
 > tools > Mute Sounds.

 I would love to send it a command when I start my media center to mute,
 but I couldn't find a way to issue a mute command via cli.
