 I'm a bit confused after your last feedback. More questions:

 - do you have "Bonjour SDK" folder only in "C:\Program Files (x86)\"
 folder, or also in "C:\Program Files\"? Do they have the same contents?
 - do you have dns_sd.h​ file in "C:\Program Files[x86 or not]\Bonjour
 SDK\include"?
 - is it copied when running "cp" command manually?
 - is it copied when running "prepare-workspace.sh" script?
 - do you follow [https://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/BuildingWinPidgin/3.0.0
 3.0.0 building instructions] closely?
