 I have "Bonjour SDK" both in "C:\Program Files (x86)\" and "C:\Program
 Files\".

 No. "C:\Program Files\Bonjour SDK" has the whole SDK, but "C:\Program
 Files (x86)\Bonjour SDK" has only Bin folder within.

 I have it in "C:\Program Files\Bonjour SDK\include" only.

 Yes, it is.

 No, it is not.

 Yes, I am following the building instructions as closely as possible.
