 Key generation usualy takes a while. I believe that it would be best to
 generate it in the background after accounts are added, so they're ready
 when they need to be used for a first time. Generating it on-demand when
 needed could be very inconvenient for a user in a hurry that suddenly has
 to wait ~30 seconds for it.

 Out of curiosity: Would the UI remain accesible from the plugins window,
 or via the settings window?
