 Notify For:
 [X] IM windows
 [X] Chat windows
 [ ]     Only when someone says your username
 [ ] Focused windows

 Notification Methods:
 [ ] Prepend string into window title
 [X] Insert count of new messages into window title
 [X] Flash windows
 [ ] Raise conversation window
 [ ] Present conversation window

 Notification Removal:
 [X] Remove when conversation window gains focus
 [X] Remove when conversation window receives focus
 [X] Remove when typing in conversation window
 [X] Remove when a message gets sent
