 I connect to an openfire server (3.9.1) with a persistent chat room.
 Whenever I reconnect to the server, the contents of the chat are
 duplicated in the open chat window:

 This room is not anonymous
 Message1
 Message2
 Message3
 The account has disconnected and you are no longer in this chat. You will
 automatically rejoin the chat when the account reconnects.
 This room is not anonymous
 Message1
 Message2
 Message3

 Closing the chat window and reopening it restores it to the proper state:

 This room is not anonymous
 Message1
 Message2
 Message3
