Comment:

 It's not a bug. Custom emoticons are only for outgoing images. If you wish
 to configure emoticons for the certain protocol, you should modify your
 smiley theme. I think spark should define those non-standard smileys as
 custom emoticons.

 The thing we should do is some description about this feature in custom
 smileys window.
