 I can now confirm that it is NOT a permissions issue.  I am now
 experiencing the same crash while running as administrator.  I have no
 idea why it ran fine for several weeks and is now crashing again when
 windows are moved around.

 Much to my frustration, I am still unable to get an RPT file.  It must be
 something with the Portable version.  I will resume trying to get more
 debug information, but this is getting silly.  There have been no changes
 to my system.
