 Hi, using Pidgin 2.10.11 on Windows 8.1, I've tried HTTP mode on and off,
 tried two different accounts, made sure I could log into my accounts with
 my browser (I can), and I still can't log in. I understand this was a
 problem with the previous version that .11 fixed, is there something else
 I can do to fix it? It gives me the error message "Connection refused."
